Food Products are delivered fresh daily from the best local vendors and regional distributors. We maintain a small inventory with very limited frozen foods to insure great freshness and efficiency. When possible we prepare menus on site at your event to insure the very best product is presented to your guests.
Catering and bar menus come in a variety of package offerings, each customizable and suited to fit your needs and favorite flavors. Elegant seated dinners, hors d’ oeuvre receptions, chef attended stations, and full-service buffets are all included in our standard menu packages along with breakfast and lunch menus.
We offer a variety of bar packages including hosted, cash and premium bar service with well-trained TABC certified servers. Upgraded wine pairings and craft beer tasting are available as well as unique signature drinks.

Unlike many caterers, G Texas is licensed to operate at any location throughout Texas that allows the sale of alcoholic beverages. Our bar staff is guaranteed to be TABC-certified, professional in their appearance and skilled at their trade. Additionally, we are well-equipped with professional bar managers, proper insurance and a wide variety of product offerings.

G Texas provides turn-key bar service for some of the areas largest festivals, concert venues and most prestigious bar events. We have maintained these contracts while growing alongside our partners and adding value to their events year after year. Our partners also include other great caterers in our area who want to have licensed bar service at their event but do not currently provide these services.
