VIP Area in Dallas

- This space offers a private bar, with a cocktail and soft seating.
- The VIP Area has convenient access to private restrooms and is adjacent to the stage and dance floor.
PARKING LOT
- Our Parking lot is a great location to host your next festival, car show, or sporting event.
- The Parking lot can be tented to add to your event.
CAGE
- This unique space is approximately 5,000 sqft
- Accommodate 325 guests reception style, or 200 guests seated
- Most of the walls in this area are retractable, custom glass garage-style doors that open to a patio overlooking the beer garden
THE BONEYARD
- Approximate Capacity: 300 seated / 600 standing
- The BoneYard is capable of holding up to two full-size food trucks and with the space of approximately 6,500 sqft
- Will accommodate up to 600 standing guests or 300 seated
CLUB HOUSE
- The event-capable portion of this space is approximately 7,500 sqft
- Can accommodate 320 seated guests and 500 reception style
- A built-in full bar perfect for bar service or food stations, 40 various barstools and chairs
TERRACE EVENTS
- The ARTISAN offers two unique outdoor spaces, is approximately 4500 sq. ft. and can accommodate 200 seated guests and 300 reception style
- The Artisan Terrace is tastefully furnished with upscale lounge and patio furniture
- Texas Sculpture Walk is approximately 9,800 sq. ft. and can accommodate 300 seated guests and 400 reception style.
